ON 18 AUG 2008 AT 2230 I WAS RIDING MY SCOOTER (150CC) ON A 12 MILE TRIP. .5 MILES FROM MY DESTINATION I WAS TRAVELING UP A HILL AND THE ENGINE BEGAN TO REV VERY HIGH, FOLLOWED BY A LOSS OF POWER TRANSFER BETWEEN THE ENGINE AND THE REAR WHEEL. THIS SCOOTER IS LESS THAN 3 MONTHS OLD AND THIS INCIDENT CAME WITH NO WARNING. I KNOW FOR A FACT THE MANUFACTURER WOULD FIGHT THIS AND WILL PROLONG AS LONG AS POSSIBLE WITH ANY AID TO ME THE CONSUMER. IF THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN A CAR BEHIND ME I WOULD HAVE BEEN KILLED. PARTS FOR MY SCOOTER ARE NON-EXISTENT AND NO SHOP IN MY STATE WILL WORK ON THESE. *TR
