The contact stated that while driving approximately 5 MPH, the vehicle unintendedly accelerated while brake pedal was depressed, and the vehicle crashed into a tree, causing frame damage to the vehicle. A Police report was filed. The contact was not injured. The vehicle was towed to the dealer but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 200.
