2003 OLKSWAGON NEW BEETLE-THE REAR BUMPER HAD BEEN REMOVED TO REPAIR DAMAGE TO THE LEFT DRIVERS SIDE FENDER.ONCE REMOVED IT WAS NOTICED THAT THE RIGHT REAR PASSANGERS SIDE, FOAM UNDERBUMPER GUARD WAS CRACKED IN 2 PLACES, THE CRACKES WERE FILLED WITH A BLACK STRIP OF STICKY GLUE. THIS IS THE 5MPH IMPACT GUARD, IT WAS CRACKED WHIC…
