THE LOW BEAM IS VERY DIM AND APPEARS FOGGY INSIDE THE LENS. IT APPEARS THE REFLECTOR BEHIND THE LAMP IS LOOSING ITS ABILITY TO REFLECT THE LIGHT ONTO THE ROAD. THE HEADLIGHT IS DEFECTIVE.
