FUEL INJECTION CHECK VALVES AT THE LOWER RIGHT OF THE TANK ARE PLASTIC, AND GLUED IN. THIS IS NOT A REPAIRABLE PART, IN MY OPINION IT'S A JOB SECURITY SCAM, THEY SNAP, AND HAVE BEEN KNOWN TO SNAP ACCORDING TO SEVERAL FORUMS. *JB

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: MOTORCYCLES. OIL CAN LEAK FROM BETWEEN THE CRANKCASE HALVES.

Consequence & remedy

Consequence: THIS CAN RESULT IN OIL SPILLAGE FORWARD OF THE REAR TIRE AND COULD, IN SOME CASES, CAUSE VEHICLE INSTABILITY.

Remedy: DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE LOWER CRANKCASE BOLTS.
