MY MECHANIC FOUND WATER IN THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER AND SPECIFIED THAT THE FUEL PUMP CONTROLS PASS THROUGH THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER, AND THAT THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER HAD BEEN "BURNED OUT".
