SIDEWALLS OF ALL TIRES ARE PEELING OFF. WHITE IS EXTREMELY VISIBLE BEHIND BLACK SIDEWALL. TIRES HAVE LESS THAN 30000 MILES ON THEM. TIRE TREAD SEPARATED FROM TIRE CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE WHEEL WELL AND BODY/ AFTER INCIDENT OCCURED THE TIRE CONTINUED TO RETAIN FULL AIR PRESSURE AND STILL DOES TO THIS DATE. THE TRUCK IS IN THE REPAIR SHOP DAMAGE IS MY ESTIMATED COST( DOT NUMBER: 7B8PUB TIRE SIZE: 30X9.50R15 )

THE WRONG SAFETY BELT LATCH TONGUE PLATE WAS INSTALLED IN SOME SAFETY BELT ASSEMBLIES.
Consequence & remedy
Consequence: THE SAFETY BELT WILL NOT LATCH CORRECTLY, CAUSING THERESTRAINT SYSTEM TO FAIL; THE OCCUPANT WILL BE EXPOSED TO INCREASED RISK OFINJURY IN A SUDDEN STOP OR CRASH IF FAILURE OCCURS.
Remedy: REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE SAFETY BELT ASSEMBLIES.
