I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the malfunction of the Teammate™ Advanced Drive package in my recent purchase of a 2022 Mirai Limited edition, with the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN): [XXX]. The faulty performance of the system resulted in an accident and subsequent damages to my vehicle. On November 5, 2022, while operating the vehicle with the Teammate™ Advanced Drive package engaged, the car failed to stop as intended and collided with a parked car, causing significant damage. Understanding the gravity of the situation, I immediately contacted my insurance provider and followed their recommended course of action. As advised, I took my vehicle to Carwest Collision Center for repair. Still I have not got my car back due to part issue, if you need more information , please feel free to ask. happy to provide.
