I WAS TURNING INTO A DRIVEWAY. A PICKUP TRUCK STRUCK THE CAR IN THE REAR CAUSING THE DRIVER'S SEAT TO BREAK. THE CAR RAN INTO A STEEL POLE. I WAS UNABLE TO CONTROL THE CAR AND SEAT BELT WAS INEFFECTIVE WITH A BROKEN SEAT.
