Back seatbelts will not fasten never have since I bought the car… Right side bumper is missing the screws like the ones that’s on recalls for the Highlander… Almost every Toyota Camry I see has that problem and it will cause a hazard if comes off.

For about a year now my car kept shuddering when I would excellerate from 20 to 40 mph and I was taking it to mechanics and they didn’t know what the problem was until one day I took it to pep boys and one of the workers had the exact same car as me and told me there was a recall because I was complaining to him about that problem and he had the same problem so they fixed his car then I took it to Toyota and they told me they couldn’t fix it because there was no recall so I did a lot of research and the recall expired in July 2022 and I was still paying for my car all the way until 2023 of august. I also called customer service and was told the car recall was expired and if I want to get it fixed it would be out of pocket. It’s very dangerous to drive because my car pulls back while I’m driving and at anytime a car can hit me from behind.

I have checked and haven't see any recalls for this issue. and i've paid several hundred dollars to fix these issues several time The Sway Bars from Both side of my suspension system have failed twice, as in coming loose and you can hear it clanking loosely 1. had left side it fixed in or 2016/2017 2. had right side fixed in 2020 3. Now having the same issue, but not sure which one it is, because i haven't had time take it to a repair shop again. I am sure my car 2014 model VIN # isn't the only one that has had or is having this issue. I don't have all this money to keep getting this fixed, it's a defect somewhere with the front end of this model year car. Its like whatever is holding this up, there is something wrong with that mechanism.

Follow the Repair Procedure below to address this condition." Today 5/1/23, I have taken the car (91,079 miles) to Toyota dealership, and the mechanic recommended "transmission replacement (automatic): complete transmission with torque converter & reset values to relearn new transmission and drivers driving habits: $6,888.17". I have called Toyota (800)-331-4331 explaining to Toyota representative the issue and referring to Toyota's service bulletin on this issue, with the hope the cost of the repair will be covered by Toyota, since this is a know issue for them. However, I was told that Toyota covered the warranty for this issue "until 10/21/2022 or 150,000 miles, whichever comes first". Therefore, since the date 10/21/2022 already passed, but the car having less than 150,00- miles (91,079 miles), Toyota representative told me Toyota will not cover the repair of this issue. Consequently, I am addressing this issue to NHTSA, with the hope that NHTSA can ask Toyota to cover the repair of this issue, by either making an exception or revise the warranty conditions (i.e., up to 150,000 miles, without date limit). Thank you.
