The passenger seating area is contained within a slide out of the motorhome. This slide out crept out roughly two inches during 4 hours of travel. This indicates the slide out was not secured in place. This also makes the motorhome wider and the slide out could continue to move out. There are not warnings or other indicators…

The passenger seating area is contained within a slide out of the motorhome. This slide out crept out roughly two inches during 4 hours of travel. This indicates the slide out was not secured in place. This also makes the motorhome wider and the slide out could continue to move out. There are not warnings or other indicators that this situation existed. The slide out creep is a known issue by Tiffin, and by the part manufacture, Lippert. There are also other reports of the slide out issue on social media. Tiffin has also verbally acknowledged this is a known issue.
