MY SCOOTER IS LICENSED BY THE STATE OF MARYLAND AND IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSTRUCTED FOR ON-ROAD USE HAVING AN ENGINE OF NOT MORE THAN 50 CC DISPLACEMENT.
