THE HEADLAMP SWITCH MAY FAIL DURING OPERATION WITHOUT WARNING DUE TO DISLOCATION OF THE CIRCUITRY CONTACT PIECE. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: A SUDDEN LOSS OF HEADLIGHT ILLUMINATION AT NIGHT COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
Consequence: Not supplied
Remedy: INSTALL AN "L" SHAPED SUPPORT PIECE INTO THE SWITCH BOX TO PREVENT THE DIMMER SWITCH CONTACT PIECE FROM DISLOCATING.
