THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 20,000 AND THE TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,000.
