A engine rod broke through the engine block, destroying the whole engine. The motorcycle only had 4k miles when this occurred. I have receipts of all the oil changes done to the vehicle. Vehicle was bought from an Arlington motorsports with 0 miles on the show floor. Mind you the vehicle has gap insurance also with warranty but warranty denied service because their accusation said that there wasn’t enough oil in the engine. The incident happened while I was driving and when I pulled over on the side of the highway all the oil leaked from the engine, so of course, there isn’t gonna be in oil in the engine when the warranty checked out the vehicle months later. I also had a rough time with the dealership that was doing doing all repairs and tear down to my bike. They did a teardown on my bike to see what was wrong with the bike entirely after the teardown they told me warranty didn’t wanna take care of anything and made me pay out-of-pocket for the teardown and the days the bike was there at the dealership so they charge me storage fee. This whole situation doesn’t sit right with me even the bike being my main transportation. I’ve been waiting a whole year since the incident.
