HE STATED THAT THE BRAKE PADS WERE EXTENSIVELY WORN AND THE FAILURE WAS RELATED TO THE CALIPER. THE DEALER ORDERED THE PART AND STATED THAT THEY WOULD CALL THE CONTACT WHEN IT ARRIVES. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 68,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 69,800.
