WE BOUGHT A 2006 SUNNYBROOK SUNSET CREEK FROM HUFNAGEL MAJORS IN ZELINOPLE, PA THE CAMPER SITS PERMANENT IN A CAMPGROUND IN TITUSVILLE, PA. THEY OFFERED ONE FREE SERVICE CALL UP TO THE CAMPGROUND. AFTER MANY CALLS IT WAS FINALLY AGREED UPON BY BOTH PARTIES THAT HM WOULD COME AND GET THE CAMPER AT THE END OF THE CAMP SEASON AND FIX THE PROBLEMS OVER THE WINTER. CAMPER WAS BROUGHT BACK UP TO TITUSVILLE, PA IN APRIL. 3 OF THE MAJOR PROBLEMS WERE NOT FIXED. WE NOTIFIED HM THE VERY DAY WE ARRIVED AT CAMP. THEY WILL NOT REPAIR THE CAMPER UNLESS WE COME UP WITH $75 SERVICE CALL, WE HAVE NO PROBLEM PAYING A SERVICE CALL IF THE PROBLEMS WERE NEW ONES. WHAT IF THE PROBLEM STILL WASN'T FIXED?? HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO PAY THE MONEY TILL THEY FIX IT RIGHT?? THE PRESIDENT BUCK MAJORS CLAIMS THAT A SOME TIME IN JULY HIS SERVICE GUY JOHN CAME UP TO THE CAMP TO LOOK AT THE CAMPER AND SAW NOTHING WRONG. MY QUESTION IS WHY DID THEY NOT CALL US OR BILL US FOR THE CALL OR EVEN TELL THE CAMPGROUND OWNERS HE WAS THERE. WE JUST WANT OUR CAMPER FIXED. PLEASE HELP.JB
