VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: VAN CONVERSIONS BUILT ON DODGE B-VANS. THE MOUNTING BRACKET FOR THE DRIVER SIDE ALUMINUM RUNNING BOARD MAY BE TOO CLOSE TO THE GAS TANK AND COULD PUNCTURE THE TANK UNDER CERTAIN CRASH CONDITIONS.
Consequence: THIS COULD INCREASE THE RISK OF FIRE OR EXPLOSION.
Remedy: DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE DRIVER SIDE RUNNING BOARD BRACKETS.
