TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 SUBARU B9 TRIBECA. TWO WEEKS AGO, THE VEHICLE'S NAVIGATION SYSTEM BEGAN TO BLINK WHILE DRIVING. THE CONTACT PULLED OVER AND THE VEHICLE CAUGHT FIRE UNDER THE HOOD. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT HER INSURANCE AGENCY SHOULD PAY FOR THE DAMAGES. THE DEALER REFUSED TO SEND SOMEONE OUT TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE BECAUSE IT IS NOT IN THEIR PROTOCOL. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT ARRIVED AND A FIRE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 4,000.
