RETAINING CLIP FOR LINK BOLT THAT CONNECTS THE BRAKE/CLUTCH PEDAL TO THE PUSHROD MAY LOOSEN AND FALL OFF.
Consequence: BOLT MAY FALL OFF ASSEMBLY, LEADING TO LOSS OF CONTROL OFSERVICE BRAKES WITH NO WARNING, WHICH COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
Remedy: INSTALL NEW DESIGN LINK BOLT AND SPLIT PIN TO PREVENT CLIP FROM LOOSENING.
