ADJUSTABLE STEERING COLUMN YOKE END, THAT SECURES UNIVERSAL JOINT BEARING CUPS, MAY NOT BE OF THE CORRECT EXECUTION AND CAPS COULD COME LOOSE.
Consequence: THIS COULD CAUSE LOSS OF STEERING, WHICH COULD RESULTIN AN ACCIDENT.
Remedy: REPLACE COMPLETE STEERING SHAFT.
