WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, A VIBRATION WAS PRESENT COMING FROM THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE. IT WAS LATER DISCOVERED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE WHEEL WAS CRACKED AND PUNCTURED THE TIRE, CAUSING IT TO FLATTEN. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 500.
