The contact owns a 2025 Renegade RMC RV built on a 2024 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 chassis. The contact stated that while driving approximately 65 MPH, after arriving to the destination, the contact became aware that the emergency window in the rear of the RV on the driver's side had detached from the frame. The contact owns a 2025 Renegade RMC RV built on a 2024 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 chassis. The contact stated that while driving approximately 65 MPH, after arriving to the destination, the contact became aware that the emergency window in the rear of the RV on the driver's side had detached from the frame. The contact had not taken the vehicle to a local dealer or body shop to be repaired. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure and shipped a replacement window to the contact to repair the vehicle. The failure mileage was approximately 2,500.
