Summary
THE MANIFOLD HOLES OF THE BATTERIES WERE NOT PLUGGED AND COULD ALLOW HYDROGEN AND OXYGEN GAS TO ESCAPE IN AN UNCONTROLLED MANNER.
Consequence
IF A SPARK OR FLAME IS IN CLOSE PROXIMITY, IT COULDRESULT IN AN EXPLOSION.
Remedy
INSTALL MANIFOLD PLUGS IN THE BATTERIES.
