Summary

CHILD RESTRAINTS HAVE STRIPED SEAT COVERS WHICH FAILED THE FLAMMABILITY REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS 213.

Consequence

SEAT OCCUPANT WOULD FACE INCREASED RISK OF INJURY FROM AFIRE.

Remedy

REPLACE SEAT COVERS.
