Summary
TIRE PRESSURE PLACARD REQUIRED BY FMVSS 110 MAY BE INCORRECT OR MISSING.
Consequence
INCORRECT TIRE INFLATION PRESSURE CAN DAMAGE TIRES ANDCOULD EFFECT HANDLING; ALSO, LIMOUSINES WOULD NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS 110.
Remedy
INSTALL CORRECT PLACARD.
