Summary
THROTTLE LEVERS MAY HAVE BEEN BENT DURING ASSEMBLY.
Consequence
THROTTLE MAY STICK AND NOT RETURN FULLY TO IDLEPOSITION.
Remedy
PLACE AFFECTED VEHICLES ON DELIVERY HOLD UNTIL REPAIRED.
