INCORRECT FLOOR REINFORCEMENT WASHERS WERE USED TO INSTALL THE REAR SOFA SEAT BELT BAR.

Consequence

WASHERS MAY NOT TOLERATE STRESS LOADS AS SET FORTH INSAE TEST PROCEDURES.

Remedy

REPLACE INCORRECT REINFORCEMENT WASHERS.
