Summary

IMPROPERLY ASSEMBLED AXLE SUSPENSION BRACKETS COULD CAUSE BRACKET SEPARATION FROM THE AXLE HOUSING.

Consequence

THIS COULD RESULT IN PARTIAL LOSS OF BUS CONTROL AND ACRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING.

Remedy

INSTALL AN AXLE STRAP OR REPLACE AXLE.
