Summary
SPARE TIRE CARRIER MAY FAIL IN SERVICE ALLOWING THE TIRE AND WHEEL ASSEMBLY TO DROP ONTO THE GROUND.
Consequence
THIS WOULD CREATE A SAFETY HAZARD AND/OR ROADOBSTRUCTION.
Remedy
REPAIR TO PREVENT TIRE CARRIER FAILURE.
