Summary
A CRACK MAY REDUCE STRUCTURAL STRENGTH OF THE FLYWHEEL.
Consequence
FLYWHEEL FAILURE COULD CAUSE PERSONAL INJURY TOOCCUPANTS AND/OR LOSS OF TRUCK CONTRL AND RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
Remedy
REMOVE AND REPLACE ALL SUSPECT FLYWHEELS.
