Summary
THROTTLE RETURN SPRINGS ARE SUBJECT TO FATIGUE AND COULD FAIL.
Consequence
FAILURE OF BOTH SPRINGS CAUSES LOSS OF TRUCK CONTROL ANDCOULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
Remedy
REPLACE THROTTLE RETURN SPRINGS.
