Summary
BOLTS MAY BE MISSING FROM THE UPPER MOUNTING BRACKET OF THE 3 POINT SEAT BELT.
Consequence
AN OCCUPANT WOULD NOT BE PROPERLY RESTRAINED IN ANEMERGENCY AND TRUCKS WOULD NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS 210.
Remedy
INSTALL MISSING BOLTS.
