Summary
TIRES MAY NOT PASS STRENGTH TEST REQUIRED BY FMVSS 109.
Consequence
TIRES WOULD BE SUSCEPTIBLE TO PREMATURE FAILURE IN CASEOF IMPACT AND CONDITION COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF AIR OR POSSIBLE BLOW-OUT.
Remedy
REPLACE SUBJECT TIRES FREE OF CHARGE.
