SOME TIRES MAY DEVELOP A FLEX BREAK IN THE LOWER SIDEWALL PRIOR TO COMPLETING THE ENDURANCE COMPLIANCE TESTING / FMVSS 109.
Consequence
TIRES DO NOT COMPLY WITH REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS 109.
Remedy
PROVIDE REPLACEMENT TIRES THAT COMPLY WITH STANDARD.
