Summary
THERE MAY BE IMPROPER FIT AND INSTALLATION OF THE BICYCLE RACK DUE TO BUMPER STOP MATERIAL THAT IS TOO SOFT AND LOWER STRAP BUCKLE THAT IS DIFFICULT TO OPERATE.
Consequence
INSTALLATION MAY BE DIFFICULT AND RACK MOVEMENT ANDSEPARATION IS POSSIBLE CREATING A POTENTIAL ROAD HAZARD.
Remedy
RETURN RACK FOR CREDIT OR REFUND.
