HEADLAMP KITS UTILIZE A H-4 BULB AND OTHER COMPONENTS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN CERTIFIED AS CONFORMING TO FMVSS 108.
Consequence
KITS ARE IN NON-COMPLIANCE WITH FMVSS 108.
Remedy
PROVIDE A FULL REFUND OR CREDIT FOR ANY EURO HEADLAMP COMPONENT PURCHASED.
