THE BASE MARKING ON THE 9005 BULB WAS INCORRECTLY MARKED AS TYPE HB4 INSTEAD OF HB3.
Consequence
VEHICLES WOULD NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS 108.
Remedy
INSTALL CORRECTLY MARKED BULBS.
