Summary
PRE DYNAMIC TEST BUCKLE RELEASE FORCE IS LOWER THAN REQUIRED BY FMVSS 213 CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEM.
Consequence
FAILURE TO MEET REQUIREMENT OF FMVSS 213, MAY NOT RETAINCHILD IN SEAT IN THE EVENT OF A VEHICLE CRASH.
Remedy
OWNERS WILL BE INSTRUCTED TO RETURN SEATS TO THEIR DEALERS FOR A NEW SEAT OR A FULL REFUND.
