MOVABLE PART OF SEAT IS NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO SUPPORT THE SEAT BELT.

Consequence

SEAT BELT MAY NOT PROPERLY RESTRAIN DRIVER.

Remedy

INSTALL A TETHER STRAP.
