Summary

BRACKETS USED TO ATTACH CRUISE CONTROL TO THE FUEL PUMP MAY BEND AND/OR DEFLECT.

Consequence

THROTTLE LINKAGE COULD BIND AND NOT CONFORM TO THROTTLERETURN TIMING OF FMVSS 124.

Remedy

REPLACE SUSPECT BRACKETRY WITH A REINFORCED PART.
