Summary
TIRES FAIL TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIED IN REGULATION 575.104 DURING SURVEILLANCE TESTING FOR GRADE A TEMPERATURE.
Consequence
TIRES DO NOT COMPLY WITH REGULATION REQUIREMENT OFCFR 575.104 TIRE GRADING.
Remedy
TIRES WILL BE REPLACED AT NO CHARGE TO CONSUMER WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM NOTIFICATION.
