MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR WAS NOT EQUIPPED WITH A WARNING STATEMENT LABEL AS REQUIRED BY FMVSS 105.
Consequence
VEHICLES WOULD NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS 105.
Remedy
AFFIX WARNING LABEL TO MASTER CYLINDER STATING CLEAN FILLER CAP BEFORE REMOVING.
