Summary
FASTENERS USED TO ASSEMBLE THE D RING ANCHORAGE FOR THE SHOULDER HARNESS MAY NOT PROVIDE SUFFICIENT STRENGTH TO MEET SPECIFIED LOAD REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS 210.
Consequence
TRUCKS DO NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS 210.
Remedy
REPLACE MONOBOLT FASTENERS WITH HIGH CLAMP 1/4 IN BLIND RIVETS.
