Consequence

FAILED TO MEET FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO.109.

Remedy

TIRES WILL BE REPLACED AT NO COST TO CONSUMER WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM DATE OF NOTIFICATION.
