TIRES FAILED TO MEET REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS NO. 109 HIGH SPEED TEST.
Consequence
FAILED TO MEET FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO.109.
Remedy
TIRES WILL BE REPLACED AT NO COST TO CONSUMER WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM DATE OF NOTIFICATION.
