Summary
FAILURE TO MEET STARTING TIME, VOLTAGE DROP AND DURABILITY REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS 108.
Consequence
FAILURE TO PROPERLY SIGNAL DIRECTION OF VEHICLE TOTRAFFIC. THIS COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
Remedy
REFUND BY IMPORTER UPON RETURN OF FLASHERS.
