Consequence

WITHOUT CERTIFICATION LABEL SHOWING CORRECT WEIGHTS, ITIS POSSIBLE FOR AN OVERLOADING CONDITION TO EXIST.

Remedy

AFFIX CERTIFICATION LABEL WITH CORRECT WEIGHT IN A MANNER IT CANNOT BE REMOVED WITHOUT DEFACING. ALSO, FURNISH OWNER'S MANUAL INFORMATION.
