Summary
THE CENTER BRACKET, ONE OF THE THREE USED TO HOLD THE GRAB HANDLE IN PLACE, CONTAINS A RIVET WHICH MAY NOT BE PROPERLY ALIGN. THIS ALLOWS A SMALL GAP TO EXIST BETWEEN THE RIVET HEAD AND THE BRACKET. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: A RING ON A FINGER COULD BE CAUGHT IN THE GAP AND RESULT IN PERSONAL INJURY TO A PERSON GETTING OUT OR INTO THE CAB.
