Summary

TIRES FAILED TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF ENDURANCE TEST FOR FMVSS 119. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: POSSIBLE SEPARATION OF BELTS IN THE TREAD SHOULDER AREA. TREAD BELT LOSS COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF AIR AND VEHICLE CONTROL.
