TIRES FAILED TO MEET THE ENDURANCE REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS NO. 109. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: FAILURE TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS NO. 109 MAY RESULT IN SIDEWALL SEPARATION AND LOSS OF AIR WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR A VEHICLE CRASH.
